The Sales Manager is responsible for directing sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence. The role includes creating sales plans, leading the sales team, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring sales goals are consistently achieved. This position is also key in identifying new business opportunities and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Establish team sales targets and monitor performance to ensure consistent results.
  • Track market trends and competitor actions to refine strategies.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Hire, train, and guide sales staff to build a strong, high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Promote a collaborative, goal-oriented sales culture.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and nurture long-term partnerships.

Sales Operations and Reporting

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the General Manager and Board/Partners.

Business Development and Market Expansion

  • Explore new business opportunities through networking, events, and research.
  • Work with marketing to design campaigns that attract quality leads.
  • Implement cross-selling and upselling initiatives to boost revenue.

Revenue and Financial Accountability

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and support annual revenue planning.
  • Oversee the sales budget to ensure optimal ROI on initiatives.
  • Align sales activities with the company’s financial targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You must have at least 5 years of proven sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • You must have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You must be a strong leader with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)

Responsible for bridging IT and business functions by leveraging data to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and provide data-driven insights, reports, and IT solutions to address business challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Collect requirements through interviews, document reviews, workshops, surveys, site visits (if applicable), process documentation, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
  • Analyze and validate information from various sources, resolve inconsistencies, break down complex inputs into detailed insights, and differentiate between stated requests and actual business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements, and prepare deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents, use cases, and interface or screen designs.
  • Work closely with end-users to refine and define concepts.
  • Challenge assumptions of business units and provide insights to support realistic execution of their plans.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer community (internal and external) and the software development team to ensure accurate requirements flow.
  • Develop clear and standardized requirement specifications using natural language.
  • Partner with developers, IT infrastructure teams, and subject matter experts to define technical vision and balance usability with performance needs.
  • Serve as the link between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company rules, regulations, and standards.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and other audit requirements within specified timelines.
  • Report security incidents and identify potential security vulnerabilities.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must be a college graduate of BS/BA in Information Technology and other related courses.
  • You must have at least 1 year of related experience as an IT Business Analyst, working with multinational clients/stakeholders.
  • You must have end-to-end cycle exposure in IT Project Management or Systems Development.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 6pm)
