The Technical Sales and Business Development Manager will drive and lead the business development activities for Testing, Certification, and Inspection for Renewable Energy services within the ASEAN region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Lead and develop the Renewable Energy (Solar Power, Wind Power, Bio Energy, Geothermal Energy, Hydro Power) services in the Philippines.
  • Conceptualize, develop and execute both short term and mid-term business strategies and operating objectives to contribute to the business growth targets for the Philippines and ASEAN region.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable.
  • Monitor, review and analyze project progression to maximize the financial and business performance.
  • Build, manage and optimize relationships with clients (manufacturers, operators, investors, governments), & strategic partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in both Sales and Business Development
  • Have at least a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the following disciplines:
  • Components, System and Plant Certification.
  • Risk analysis, risk management.
  • Bankability studies, Feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessment.
  • Inspection and assessment.
  • Established track records in leading both market planning and business development initiatives
  • Has broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region.
  • Dynamic self-starter who is versatile and has sound business judgment.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
  • Willing to travel around the Philippines and ASEAN region.

The Lead Auditor will take a leadership role in conducting audits and assessments of client organizations' information security management systems.   • Analyse and evaluate client documentation, policies, procedures, risk assessments, and records to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Perform on-site audits at client locations, including interviews with personnel and inspections of information security processes and systems.
  • Document audit findings, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and prepare detailed audit reports that provide actionable recommendations to clients.

As a Project Accounting Analyst (Spanish), you will handle project setup and reforecasting, ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition in line with Project Manager requirements. You will monitor project progress, maintain billing dates, and initiate process improvements while communicating results and recommending corrective actions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

  • Handle Mildly Complex Project Set Up in line with PM requirements.
  • Handle Mildly Complex Reforecasting projects in line with PM requirements.
  • Ensure billing is completed as per Project Managers instructions.
  • Fixed Price invoicing and Time & Materials Invoicing.
  • Review and ensure the correct revenue recognition (POC%, cost, revenues, WIP/POA).
  • Communicate project results, deviations and recommend underlying causes and corrective actions to be taken.
  • Monitor work in progress & payment on account.
  • Maintain forecast and actual project billing dates.
  • Initiate continuous process improvement and identify best practices.
  • Identify and analyze transaction and workflow details in support of continuous process improvements.
  • Facilitate the review and ensure compliance/proper documentation for each project accounting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent relevant courses.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish to be able to communicate with Spanish-speaking counterparts.
  • Basic Knowledge on end-to-end project lifecycle, project accounting concepts & methodology, and contract types.
  • At least a year of relevant experience in Project Accounting
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential.
  • Good English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
