Job Description:
Responsible for the end-to-end management of products, right from conceptualization to market success. The applicant needs to have a good understanding of the pet products industry, doctors and consumer behavior, and the technical aspects of product market development, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Analyze competitors’ strategies, and product development/offering in order to identify market gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- Develop product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Create a product roadmap, outlining the vision, direction, and progress of product lines in accordance with the established strategy of the company.
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional activities in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
- Be responsible for understanding the pet products industry, doctors and consumer behavior, and the technical aspects of product market development, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of BS in Marketing or BA in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in a leading role or as a product manager in the pet products industry or similar industry.
- Has good knowledge of the pet products industry and can do market research to understand client needs, preferences, and trends in the pet product industry.
