KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Analyze competitors’ strategies, and product development/offering in order to identify market gaps and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Create a product roadmap, outlining the vision, direction, and progress of product lines in accordance with the established strategy of the company.
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional activities in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
  • Be responsible for understanding the pet products industry, doctors and consumer behavior, and the technical aspects of product market development, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of BS in Marketing or BA in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in a leading role or as a product manager in the pet products industry or similar industry.
  • Has good knowledge of the pet products industry and can do market research to understand client needs, preferences, and trends in the pet product industry.

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our clients and technical teams by thoroughly analyzing business needs and defining project scopes. Collaborating closely with the PMO lead, you will evaluate IT projects and devise implementation strategies to ensure timely delivery.   • You must be a Graduate of at least 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management.
  • You must have at least 2 years relevant experience as Business Analyst, preferably in an IT consulting or in an enterprise company. With solid experience in handling systems development projects.
  • You must have proven experience in business requirements gathering, and very detailed in both configuration specifications documentation.
  • You must be able to effectively estimate work effort for projects (both major and minor) and ensure the project is successfully completed on time.
  • You must be experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

Job Description:

The position is responsible for overseeing financial and statutory reporting, cash flow management and reporting, as well as internal control processes within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy in Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Review and remit all taxes to regulatory authorities, ensuring timely filing and adherence to legal requirements; coordinates with external auditors to meet annual audit obligations.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, preparing weekly cash positions, and facilitating short-term placements of excess funds to avoid idle resources.
  • Validate and process online supplier payments, confirming completeness and accuracy; coordinates with banks for imports, managing Letter of Credit (LC) requirements and Trust Receipts.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and reconciliation, ensuring accurate recording of receipts and issuances, and analyzing variances between actual and estimated costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must be a graduate of accounting or its equivalent from a reputable college/university.
  • You must have at least ten (10) years experience in a similar role.
  • You must be proficient in oral and written communication.
  • You must have good people management and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be proficient in basic computer software such as the Microsoft Office suite. Working Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • You must possess a CPA qualification.
