Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients, and you will be responsible for outbound calls to obtain information for job creation. In addition to this, you may also be required to conduct business negotiations yourself and conduct sales activities aimed at winning orders. In addition to approaching new clients, you will work with the marketing & sales team to plan measures to bring them to the consideration stage and approach clients. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.
  • Communicating with Clients, responding and following up on leads.
  • Collection of client information necessary for job creation. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Open to Associate's Degree holders or College Undergraduates.
  • At least 6 months Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience is required.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English, with a neutral accent to communicate clearly with American customers.
  • Experience in using CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage contracts and client expectations.
  • Proficient in creating documents, manuals, reports, etc.
  • Possesses a startup or business mindset, growth mindset, and a competitive nature.

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 12:00mn – 9:00am (US Time) |
