Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will: 

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Develop and implement data-driven ad strategies to maximize performance and ROI.
• Create compelling ad content, including visuals, copy, and video assets, tailored for different audience segments.
• Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• A/B test ad creatives and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure top-tier campaign execution.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align ad content with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to optimize cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance insights and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must be a college graduate in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• You must have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and TikTok Ads.
• You must have strong knowledge of ad management platforms, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• You must be proficient in creating ad creatives, including copywriting, image selection, and video editing basics.
• You must be familiar with social media trends, user behavior, and best practices for engagement. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and third-party reporting tools is a plus.
• You must be amenable to working onsite in BGC, Taguig, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Work Setup: Onsite, BGC 9th Ave office
