Job Description

The role is responsible for preparing and reconciling inventory reports for finished goods, trading inventory, and raw and packaging materials, ensuring accurate documentation and journal entries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for Finished Goods, Trading Inventory, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials

• Sort, file, and organize inventory-related documents

• Maintain and monitor files from Production, Warehouse, and other departments

• Check and verify journal entries for goods manufactured, received, and delivered

• Perform regular reconciliation of Finished Goods, Trading Inventory, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials accounts

• Post inventory adjustments and ensure accuracy of inventory records

• Assist in inventory audits and other accounting-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory accounting, inventory control, or related work

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle records accurately

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
