Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

• The position will function as a consultant in the PH and is classified as a mid-level individual contributor.
• The role will support both the Onboarding Pod and Success Pod.
• Direct interaction with clients.
• Driving expansion in other U.S. states.
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
• Performing light up-sell activities and managing account expansion.
• Leading strategic internal and client-facing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• Healthcare, legal, compliance, and B2B services background are preferred, but open to candidates from other industries.
• Strong escalation skills.
• High ownership in deliverables.
• Ability to manage technical aspects of the role.
• Strong B2B client-facing experience.
• Proven project ownership.
• Experience in process building.

 Work Schedule: Nightshift (9 pm – 5 am)
