The Finance Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial management principles. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Produce and analyze monthly financial statements for presentation to principals and pursue material variances.
• Manage receivables and payables of the properties handled.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors.
• Ensure the implementation of finance control onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• Has at least 2-3 years of experience in auditing.
• Experience in external auditing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented.
• Leadership skills.
• Must be willing to work in Makati.
