KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

Oversee cash management activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Direct financial reporting and analysis within the Finance Section.
Monitor and evaluate cash management performance against budgets and forecasts.
Design and implement financial controls and operational procedures.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
Manage credit collection processes to ensure timely receivables collection.
Supervise cash disbursement activities and review cash flow projections.
Work with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Offer strategic financial advice to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a college graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any related course. MBA or CPA is preferred
You must have at least 5 years of work experience in a finance managerial role, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing set-up.
You must have at least 5 years of accounting and banking system/ruling experience.
You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing and taxation.
You must have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
You must be proficient in financial software's and MS Office Suite
You must be knowledgeable on foreign currency transactions.
You must be willing to be assigned to Malvar Batangas

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)

Work Setup: Onsite; Malvar, Batangas
