Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will: 

• Remain informed about applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform in-depth research and analysis of regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the organization's compliance status, identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Interpret regulations and offer guidance on compliance-related issues.
• Track regulatory changes and assesses their impact.
• Revise internal policies and procedures as needed to maintain timely and effective compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must be a graduate of Legal Management or any Business or Management-related courses.
• You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in compliance management or as a liaison with government agencies.
• You must be knowledgeable in current laws and regulations; government compliance and/or permit processing.
• You must have the ability to interpret laws and regulations and create new procedures/guidelines to adopt applicable laws.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite – Malvar, Batangas
