Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Develop marketing initiatives to support the Parts Sales teams in achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct 3S orientation sessions for new 3S staff and Spare Parts personnel.
- Organize Genuine Awareness Activities for dealer staff and customers.
- Implement marketing programs for genuine parts, Yamalube, helmets, apparel, and accessories.
- Conduct market research on the full range of spare parts products.
- Design and develop marketing and promotional materials.
- Represent the company at events involving Spare Parts and Accessories.
- Oversee the implementation of Yamaha Parts Academy.
- Prepare internal and external memorandums.
- Collaborate with Marketing Departments on digital promotions for Spare Parts and Accessories.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising or any related field
- You must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the automotive/motorcycle or FMCG industry.
- You must have a strong understanding of spare parts and accessories sales dynamics and customer behaviors
- You must have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite – Mandaluyong City
