Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Keep current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and communicate the company’s risk management framework, clarifying roles and responsibilities within the three lines of defense, and establishing an approach to manage risk within the company’s tolerance.
- Assist departments in preparing for enterprise risk management (ERM) activities.
- Support management in implementing the ERM framework to establish an effective risk-based system.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with department and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of risk management initiatives.
- Establish and maintain policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key ERM components, including risk registers, issue management, and incident management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a graduate of any Business or Management-related courses.
- You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in background in risk management-/audit-related experience in a manufacturing set-up.
- You must have risk management-related certifications
- You must be knowledgeable in enterprise risk management and governance/compliance.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite – Malvar, Batangas
