Job Description

The Investor Relations Manager plays a vital role in executing the company’s investor relations initiatives, providing analytical support, managing investor communications, and conducting market research. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Corporate Communications, the Office of the Corporate Secretary, and executive leadership to ensure investors and key stakeholders receive accurate and timely information. The position also contributes to shaping strategic messaging and managing investor engagement efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Support the creation of earnings releases, investor decks, and financial disclosures in partnership with the Finance team
  • Conduct competitive analysis, peer comparisons, and industry research to guide investor relations planning
  • Track market movements, investor sentiment, and analyst coverage, delivering insights to executive leadership
  • Contribute to the development of key messaging and Q&A materials for earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences
  • Maintain investor databases and monitor shareholder engagement and activity
  • Help organize investor-facing events such as roadshows, virtual meetings, and investor days, often in coordination with external partners
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in investor communications by working closely with Finance and the Corporate Secretary
  • Align investor communications with overall corporate messaging through coordination with Finance and PR teams
  • Respond to investor questions and provide clear, accurate information in a timely manner
  • Monitor competitor activity and broader industry trends to support strategic planning

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You must have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, equity research, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • You must have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
