Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 


You will: 

  • Lead a project team in delivering custom development solutions, or for leading a project team in the 
    Maintenance and Support of an application or set of applications using the appropriate business 
    measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to project charter or contract.
  • Be responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, manages project 
    plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including Internal and Client 
    employees and 3rd party vendors.
  • Be responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an 
    effective communication plan with the project team and the Client, provide day to day direction to 
    the project team and regular project status to the Client. 


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Ability to translate English to Japanese and vice versa
  • Ability to estimate an effort and all impacts of proposed solution
  • Very good communication skills; analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
  • Proficient in Japanese Language - reading, writing, speaking, listening. 

Work Set up: Hybrid, 2-3x a week onsite 
Work Location: Quezon City (UP Ayala Land TechnoHub or Eastwood) or Cebu 
Work Schedule: Dayshift, Japan Standard Time (JST)
