Job Description
The Career Support Manager builds and be on point to deliver on targets and initiatives for Job Seekers. Your attention to detail will provide insights as to potential defects or risks not visible through standard metrics. As a leader you will create conditions of success and build a workplace which is obsessed with helping those seeking employment to find the right opportunity for them as well as the hiring employers. In this role, you will advocate and assist job seekers through a team of professionals by helping locate opportunities, refine/improve resumes, facilitate logistics for interviews.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:
- Foster an environment which uses metrics to manage the business and deliver results for our job seekers and employers. This includes successful placements, length of recruitment and contact reason codes.
- Manage processes which help provide insight for both Job Seekers and employers.
- Manage processes which help close candidates and confirm employment.
- Lead by example and action an inclusive work environment.
- Manage a team of 5 – 15 employees, which may include Manager of Manager scope.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver operational efficiencies. Specifically, you will be a key component to build the Voice of Job Seeker program as to their friction, stalled progress, and impediments to placement within the US marketplace. Over time, this program will make the Job Seeker program frictionless for those seeking new opportunities.

- Advocate for your teammates through feedback and celebrating their achievements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years working in a call center and/or customer care operation.
- 2+ years as a manager in a call center and/or customer care operation.
- Experience with US RPO/volume hiring, CRM/ATS tools, and scaling a team or process in a startup environment.
- Proven experience establishing or scaling new accounts, campaigns, or operational processes from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement or business implementation projects
- Experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible night shift
Work Set-up: Onsite (5 days a week)
