Job Description

The Paid Media Lead drives customer acquisition by managing advertising channels, optimizing ROI-driven campaigns, and overseeing affiliate strategy and budget allocation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will: 

• Lead end-to-end paid media strategy, including budget planning and channel management
• Monitor performance metrics to refine bidding strategies, creative assets, and audience targeting
• Manage the technical setup and maintenance of paid media tracking systems
• Collaborate with analytics teams on attribution modeling and performance insights
• Stay informed on the latest updates and best practices across ad platforms

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must have at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing. Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino preferred
• You must have advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic tools.
• You must have strong skills in data analysis and campaign optimization. Affiliate or performance tracking background is a plus

 Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite, Quezon City
