Job Description

The chosen Marketing Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the client's visual brand identity across various digital and print channels. You will also conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate marketing strategies into visually captivating designs.
• Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design ideas to contribute to campaign planning and execution.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with the highest level of quality.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design templates and assets that streamline the creative process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Mid-Level experience candidate
• Proven experience as marketing designer
• Experience in PowerPoint Presentation, InDesign , Photoshop, Illustrator
• Very Good Communication skills
• Motion Graphics or Video editing experience, ideally Premiere pro or after effects
• B2B Designer experience is desirable
• Flexible to UK Shifts – at least more hour’s crossover in UK time
