Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

• Take the lead in developing, executing, and managing brand and trade marketing strategies.
• Implement brand activation initiatives, including event sponsorships and product sampling.
• Drive trade marketing programs such as promotions, merchandising, visibility campaigns, sampling activities, and staff engagement for both on-premise and off-premise channels.
• Manage event marketing efforts, supporting both marketing and sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and brand health indicators.
• Handle product registration and fulfill other regulatory or administrative requirements for assigned brands.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must be a bachelor’s degree graduate of any business program, or related course.
• You must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in brand and trade marketing, preferably handling beverages or bottled products.
• You must have a strong background in developing and executing brand and trade marketing strategies.
• You must have experience in below-the-line activations, including event sponsorships and product sampling.
• You must have proven expertise in trade marketing programs such as promotions, merchandising, visibility campaigns, and staff engagement for on-premise and off-premise outlets.
• You must have knowledge and experience in event marketing for both marketing and sales objectives.
• You must have the ability to monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and brand health indicators.
• You must be familiar with product registration processes and other regulatory requirements for brand compliance.
• You must have excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Work Schedule: Regular day shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite and field work – Marikina City
