Job Description

The position is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end procurement function, including supplier management, sourcing, contract negotiations, and purchasing strategies. It ensures cost efficiency, reliability of supply, and alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with procurement policies. The role also supports operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Lead and manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier selection.
  • Evaluate and accredit suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
  • Manage supplier relationships and maintain effective communication to ensure service continuity.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and enforce contract compliance with agreed terms and performance standards.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and operational requirements.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Ensure availability of materials and services to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, finance, and logistics to align procurement activities.
  • Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain function.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You must have 5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • You must have strong skills in supplier evaluation, sourcing, and vendor management.
  • You must have solid experience in contract negotiation and contract management.
  • You must have strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve procurement performance.
  • You must have the ability to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and supplier management.
  • You must be proficient in procurement tools, systems, or ERP platforms.
  • You must have experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.
  • You must be detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Schedule: Regular day shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite – Marikina City
