Job Description:
The role is responsible to design and implement various route-to-market strategies in given sales territories; Generate actionable data analytics in given sales territories to improve business performance; Execute identified strategies on Route to Market, Distributor and Territory Management with the objective of achieving business objectives in a given sales territory; Ensure company standards are met within the context of distributor management and direct selling teams; Drive systems and processes to support both distributor and direct selling operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Act as point of contact between the Distributor and Head Office. Ensure that the partner distributors are complying with standards set forth by the principal.
- Lead and guide in implementing business building programs for the Distributor operations.
- Guide teams in selling and distribution of the principal’s products, while maintaining standard stocking inventory level.
- Ensure excellent distribution of principal’s products in the assigned area through a good scan of the market and route building activities and coverage.
- Conduct data analysis with available KPI dashboards and reports and discusses with distributors and creates actions on the results.
- Ensure the profitability of Distributor Partners and Sales Offices with a combination of increasing revenues while controlling costs.
- Coach and develop the team to become a high performing team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Business Management, or any other similar discipline.
- Route-to-Market and Profit & Loss understanding.
- Leading teams (both commercial and support groups) and managing of promotional funds.
- At least 5-years extensive experience on any fast-moving consumer goods company preferably in the field returnable glass bottle business.
- Previous distributor management experience in both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage business will be an advantage.
Work Schedule: Onsite, Regular Shift
