Responsible for generating sales activities for the company. Develop and execute the approved sales plan in order to attain the overall objective of the department. Able to effectively handle assigned accounts by establishing a professional relationship with clients and key personnel that would lead to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and other sales opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Identify and generate new leads - TM should be able to identify leads according to their possibilities, opportunities, and profitability of converting them into an account.
  • Identify channels and sources that can help them generate those leads.
  • Negotiate - TM is responsible for all sales negotiations on behalf of the company.
  • Balance the needs of a client with the interest of the company while finding a way to convince and satisfy a customer. This means a TM must also negotiate with their supervisors for price approval and with other departments on any arrangement with clients.
  • Sales Coordinate - TM must constantly communicate between customers and other department personnel to ensure that all orders and deliveries are effectively carried out. After Sales Support. All TM is responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints and providing the necessary sales support to their clients. This may require them to answer and reply to all calls and SMS sometimes beyond office hours.
  • Generate new accounts - TM must be able to consistently generate a certain number of new accounts every month based on the agreed sales plan.
  • Increase Sales Volume - TM is responsible for increasing its sales volume based on the agreed target. They need to identify all possible sources of growth and work on the agreed sales plan in order to achieve it.
  • Report and feedback - TM must be able to provide a weekly and monthly report to their respective supervisor. They must provide feedback regarding price, market, competitors, client activities, and other relevant information.
  • Do field works and training - TM is required to conduct field works such as client visits, site inspections, attending customer events, customer assistance, monitoring market activity, and conducting customer orientation, seminars, or training.
  • Accomplish activity reports such as salesforce updating, 15 five checking, TES filing, and other related documentation as required by management.
  • Facilitate and assist the collection of receivables which includes releasing of check payment, CWT, Letter of Credit, Contracts, and other account receivables. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Commerce.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Petroleum Sales is an advantage for this position.
  • Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Must be confident, persistent, and hard-working.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Must have a driver's license and be willing to do fieldwork.

Onsite, Regular Shift

Work Location: South Luzon, North Mindanao, and South Mindanao Areas.
