Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Assist the QA Manager in managing and implementing the plant Quality Management System according to corporate directives and expectations. Collaborates with the plant management team to maintain, modify and improve the Quality System.
- Manage Customer Complaints, Root Cause Analysis and Resolution. Recommends and takes preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
- Plan & coordinate with the VAO Warehouse team to ensure semi-finished goods and packaging materials are available to support production.
- Manage the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), ISO Compliance of Valenzuela Blending Plant and all Warehouse Locations nationwide.
- Continuously evaluate the quality and food safety system for product and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the other concerned department.
- Handle questions and complaints from clients.
- Conduct Monthly Good Manufacturing Practices Audit on factory
- Keep abreast of product trends in relation to market development of low consumption/high efficiency and informing the management regarding development and strategies
- Design, develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies within the bounds of company policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering
- With at least 2 years technical working experience in a Flexible Packaging Industry
- With at least 2 years working experience as Quality Supervisor in any packaging industries
- Adept and with First-hand working experience on ISO Certifications (ISO 9001, ISO22000)
- Adept in numerical skills, data analysis and statistical methods.
Work Set-up: Onsite, Monday to Saturday
