The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Assist in daily office operations including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and other HR-related tasks.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an office staff or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Setup: Onsite; Monday – Friday.
Work Location: Eastwood
