Job Description
The Tech Business Systems Analyst focuses on bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions, conducting business analysis, and managing documentation. It involves evaluating project feasibility, guiding development based on technological strategies, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:
- Identifies business challenges and proposes solutions to meet objectives.
- Performs cost-benefit analysis and other evaluations to determine project feasibility.
- Develops and maintains documentation for business requirements and system designs.
- Interprets technological strategies and guides development accordingly.
- Presents design considerations to Software Architects and Developers.
- Manages and updates ICT change requests.
- Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs.
- Keeps abreast of industry best practices and technological developments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You must have a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field
- You must have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and project management exposure in a banking or fintech industry
- You must have hands-on experience in mobile application development and/or programming
- You must have experience in system design and process design
- You must be willing to work in Makati City on a hybrid work arrangement
Work schedule: Mon-Fri regular day shift
Work setup: Hybrid - 4 days work onsite and 1 day WFH
