Job Description
The Finance Operations Manager leads efforts to optimize healthcare claims processing through technology and process improvements. This role involves managing claims operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and collaborating across teams to implement seamless solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Ensure Identify and apply technological tools to enhance workflow efficiency, leveraging operational expertise and active involvement in daily tasks.
- Lead initiatives to streamline healthcare claims processes, emphasizing automation and productivity.
- Work closely with healthcare, finance, and product teams to integrate new systems effectively.
- Supervise claims processing, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Create and improve reporting tools to maintain precise data for hospital bills, procedures, and fees.
- Manage claims reimbursement workflows for services like maternity, dental, and laboratory fees, ensuring prompt payments.
- Produce detailed internal reports for operational insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- You must have experience in financial operations, systems integration, or claims management.
- You must have the ability to absorb and navigate healthcare claims processes
- You must have a strong analytical mindset, with a track record of deploying improvements in business processes.
- You must have experience in process automation and system integration, with the ability to work independently on solutions without reliance on product development teams.
