Job Description
The District Cooling System Manager oversees the efficient, reliable, and continuous operation of multiple DCS plants, ensuring round-the-clock HVAC service availability for customers. This role requires proactive management and rapid response to emergencies to maintain uninterrupted cooling and air-conditioning services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Ensure overall District Cooling System (DCS) plant efficiency, equipment reliability and 24x7 availability of HVAC services to customers.
- Handle the general management and supervision of the day to day operation of all seven (7) DCS plants.
- Exhibit steadfast determination to respond to emergencies and resolve critical issues to ensure uninterrupted cooling and air-conditioning services to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably Registered Mechanical Engineer
- With at least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in HVAC System – design, maintenance, troubleshooting.
- Highly skilled in project and vendor management.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Regular Shift
