Job Description
The Procurement Senior Manager is responsible in the achievement of business objectives and in ensuring efficiency in the procurement process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Disseminate direct reports and monitor key performance indicators that will drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on the specifications, procurement process and delivery progress of requirements.
- Manage RFI, RFQ/RFP, negotiation and logistics processes as required and submit for approval.
- Source, qualify, accredit suppliers, and monitor performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to business units and team members.
- Manage the pre-operational and operational procurement activities.
- Determine, communicate, and monitor action plans when performance does not meet the set expectations.
- Partner with stakeholders on the automation of procurement system.
- Prepare necessary reports and provide periodic updates on the status of procurement activities.
- Perform other duties that may be essential to the achievement of the objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 8 years’ experience in Procurement
- Experience in Integrated resort industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Work Schedule: Regular Office Hours
Work Set-up: Onsite, Paranaque City
