Job Description

This role is accountable for achieving sales volume, market share, and revenue objectives within the assigned territory. It is also responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sustainable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Develops and executes territory-level business plans aligned with regional strategies to drive sales and distribution performance.
  • Manages customer databases, monitors performance metrics, and ensures product availability and visibility across all channels.
  • Leads the implementation of local trade marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Builds and nurtures strong trade partner relationships through engagement programs, training, and advocacy efforts.
  • Drives distributor sales performance by providing coaching, training, and field support to ensure capability and service excellence.
  • Oversees financial management of the territory including accounts receivables, trade spend, and budget compliance.
  • Identifies and executes cost-efficiency initiatives while maintaining service quality and operational standards.
  • Leads and develops the field sales team by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive, compliant work environment.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field in business or engineering.
  • You must have a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in field sales operations and account management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or food and beverage industry.
  • You must have proven ability to drive and achieve sales volume, market share, and revenue targets within a designated sales area, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • You must have a strong background in field sales, marketing, and the development of market and channel strategies, with a focus on both retail and on-premise channels.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license.
