Job Description
The role is responsible for delivering retail marketing services to marginal accounts within a defined territory, focusing on driving sales productivity through product promotion and strong retail partner relationships to meet sales targets and support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Conduct regular sales calls and selling activities with marginal accounts to meet volume and productivity targets; prepares route plans and recommends appropriate stock levels per SKU.
- Expand product distribution by introducing new SKUs, ensuring proper inventory and equipment upkeep, managing collections, and opening new retail outlets.
- Execute trade promotions and merchandising activities aligned with commercial strategies, including POSM deployment and cooler placements, while monitoring effectiveness and providing reports.
- Manage account receivables, collections, and marketing expenses, ensuring compliance with credit policies and resolving discrepancies.
- Utilize standard tools to track sales performance and KPIs, maintaining accurate territory records through daily and monthly reporting tools.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of assigned service vehicles and equipment, adhering to maintenance schedules and safety standards.
- Follow company guidelines in all operational and financial activities to minimize risks and maintain efficiency.
- Cultivate strong retail partnerships to sustain growth and ensure brand visibility across the territory.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations and management
- You must have a valid driver’s license.
