Job Description

The Product Manager oversees product development and management and formulates marketing strategies for the assigned product portfolio to achieve sales targets, profitability, and desired market share. Implements marketing initiatives to support brand growth and ensure sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Serve as the primary product advocate for the assigned portfolio within the organization.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, cost-effective marketing plan for the product line, ensuring execution within set timelines.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate market conditions that may impact the product—such as competitor activity, pricing trends, regulatory changes, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager in creating training modules for new Sales team members and assist in delivering relevant product training.
  • Regularly engage with Sales Teams to enhance their product knowledge and provide updates as needed.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders within the relevant medical or professional fields.
  • Update the monthly rolling forecast for assigned products to reflect current market trends and performance.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager that support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisors to contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must be a college graduate with a degree in a business-related course.
  • You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, handling the same product line (oncology).
  • You must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must be creative, self-driven, and highly motivated.
  • You must have a solid understanding of market research, including data interpretation and analysis.
  • You must have excellent analytical skills and a strong technical background in product development and management, with keen attention to detail.
  • You must be computer literate and proficient in using various presentation tools.
  • You must be willing and able to travel for fieldwork across different locations in the Philippines.

 Work Schedule: Regular day shift

Work Setup: Onsite – Makati City
