Job Description

The HR Officer oversees the development of HR policies and manages various human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training programs, and overall personnel services.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, placement, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update 201 files and oversee external hires.
  • Plan and conduct quarterly training sessions.
  • Assess training needs and organize programs to improve employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Oversee HRIS system operations including timekeeping, payroll inquiries, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with departments on timekeeping irregularities and disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise semi-monthly payroll and process statutory deductions.
  • Manage leave credits, employee loans, and benefits including HMO and SL conversion.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Lead performance evaluations and manage regularization, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Organize employee activities (team buildings, wellness programs, holiday events).
  • Handle distribution of tokens/gift items and monitor engagement budgets.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance reports (SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG, DOLE, etc.).
  • Prepare COEs, headcount reports, and other required documentation.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must be a graduate of any 4 years course, preferably Human Resource Management or any behavioral science courses.
  • You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in overall human resources management – recruitment, talent development, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits management, and policy and compliance.
  • You must have effective written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures, and effective public relations and public speaking skills

 Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite, Makati City
