Job Responsibilities:
You will:
- Supervise the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for all brands, ensuring they align with the financial objectives set at the group level.
- Aggregate and evaluate brand performance metrics to facilitate reporting for executives and the board.
- Deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and Executive Committee across various brands.
- Establish benchmarks for financial analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting formats applicable to all brands.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing financial efficiency, profitability, and accountability throughout the organization.
- Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a team of management accounting managers focused on specific brands.
- Act as a principal liaison among finance, operations, marketing, and strategy teams at the corporate level.
- Uphold robust internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience overseeing multiple business units or brands in a corporate structure.
- Expertise in strategic financial planning, business case development, and data-driven decision support.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise financial systems, dashboards, and BI tools.
