Key Responsibilities:
You will:
- Prospect, identify, and convert potential corporate clients
- Understand clients’ insurance requirements and develop tailored product offerings
- Coordinate with senior management to deliver optimal insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders
- and decision-makers
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in non-life insurance, at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Possesses a wide network of corporate clients and industry contact
Work Schedule: Early morning shift
Work Setup: Full Onsite (Mon - Fri)
