Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BA reporting, financial analysis, functional controlling, and governance activities to ensure accurate, high-quality financial data and insights for management.
• Support monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, KPIs, and IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Maintain dashboards, provide variance analysis, and track travel/cost controls.
• Support target setting, track deviations, and run ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure master data accuracy and maintain dashboard authorizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA is a strong advantage
• At least 5+ years in controlling, cost accounting, or accounting (manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards (US GAAP / IFRS); hands-on experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Strong skills in Data Analytics, PowerBI, SAP, and FIRE.
• Solid finance fundamentals; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Fluent in English; willing to work U.S. time zone hours and travel to the U.S.

Work Set up: Hybrid, BGC Taguig Office

Shift: 5PM to 2AM / 6PM to 3AM
