Job Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth across mid-market to large enterprise accounts within industries where voice services are critical to the customer’s business model. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role that blends new business development with portfolio account management. You will partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to build pipeline, close deals, and expand existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

You will: 

  • Create and drive revenue in the Philippines and eventually across ASEAN within target markets
  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
  • Partner with our SDR team to identify and nurture prospect opportunities.
  • Travel to prospects, clients and industry events where the role requires it
  • Build a 3x pipeline coverage of your target within 3-6 months, meet and exceed all sales quotas
  • Own and help develop the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure and in-life management
  • Nurture existing clients, identify potential upsell or risk, execute the land & expand approach
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, including channel partners
  • Accurate and timely updates to our CRM (Hubspot) and accuracy in forecasting

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software sales, selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong preference for experience in CX, SaaS, or customer service technology.
  • Experience selling into industries where voice is mission-critical (e.g. retail, financial services, utilities, healthcare, telco).
  • Familiarity with recognised sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sales.
  • Demonstrated success across the full customer lifecycle, including post-sale account growth.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, disciplined with CRM hygiene, and effective at upward management.
  • Technically minded with an understanding of software concepts such as APIs, SDKs, and deployments.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment, or a strong demonstration of resilience, ownership, and drive required to succeed in one.
