Job Description
The Events Specialist is responsible for planning and executing captivating brand events—such as product launches, pop-up activations, and experiential campaigns—that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will manage event budgets end-to-end, oversee supplier relationships, and ensure flawless execution from concept to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute brand events and activations aligned with marketing objectives.
- Ensure seamless on-the-ground coordination during events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Track expenses and provide post-event financial reporting.
- Maintain and refine a strong pool of suppliers for event collaterals, logistics, and production needs.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to align event strategies with overall brand goals.
- Evaluate event success through KPIs and feedback, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event management and execution.
- Agency experience preferred; candidates from event planning companies or with freelance experience are welcome.
- Proven ability to manage events end-to-end: from high-level planning and supplier selection to budget management and on-site coordination.
- Existing network of reliable suppliers and vendors is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable brand experiences.
- Proficiency in event management tools and budgeting software.
Work Schedule: Day shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once to twice a week) | Monday to Friday
