Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory management system standards, policies, and procedures.
- Carry out all laboratory operations with complete impartiality.
- Conduct physico-chemical testing on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, finished goods, and other incoming materials.
- Inspect finished products prior to customer delivery when required.
- Handle customer testing requests.
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Assist the HACCP Team in developing and implementing the HACCP Plan
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a college graduate of Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related course.
- You must be a Licensed Chemical Technician.
- You must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in laboratory operations or chemical analysis.
- You must have strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and laboratory management systems.
- You must have proficiency in physico-chemical testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.
- You must have familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety standards.
- You must have the ability to prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COA) accurately.
- You must be detail-oriented and committed to impartiality and compliance in all laboratory activities.
- You must have good communication skills for handling customer testing requests and coordinating with internal teams.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm
Work Setup: Onsite (Plant-based) – Marikina City
