Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Review non-complex physician payments to ensure alignment with contract terms and conditions
- Analyze physician bonus calculations for accuracy and adherence to agreement provisions
- Evaluate physician real estate payments and billing for initial compliance validation
- Interpret legal and contractual documents to support audit activities
- Collaborate with physician arrangements leadership and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Support audit reporting, monitoring and compliance tracking initiatives
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or violations in accordance with organizational policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and controls
- Provide administrative and analytical support to leadership as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing or financial analysis required
- Knowledge of physician arrangement regulations including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
