This position involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, disseminating accurate product information, and implementing effective sales strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, and Marketing to drive product development and launch activities.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, growth, and eventual retirement, ensuring all stages are executed effectively.
- Define and prioritize product features, specifications, and enhancements based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Develop pricing strategies that reflect product value, market dynamics, and reimbursement landscape.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, to increase product awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to provide them with necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively promote and sell products.
- Forecast product demand and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a graduate of a four (4) or five (5) year Health Science or any Medical-related course.
- You must have at least 5 years of experience as Product Manager
- You must have a pleasing personality and good communication skills
