Job Description:

The Retail Business Executive is in charge of the overall operations of assigned retail stations. He/she is responsible for the achievement of corporate targets such as sales volume targets (Fuels & Lubes), profit targets, retail excellence scores (service, cleanliness, and promo execution), dealer/franchisee relationship management, motivation of the Retail Station Team and management of credit/collection issues

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Grow the network in terms of operations, profitable volume, and Retail standards on a per-zone level.
  • Analyze and oversee the management of Profit and Loss of the dealer. Conducts, prepares, and analyzes Business Plans.
  • Build lasting relationships through providing consultancies, engagement, and influence.
  • Analyze trading areas which include price competitiveness, competitor insights, and market and business development.
  • Implement and establish business strategies such as Local Site Marketing and other brand initiatives to achieve volume targets/growth.
  • Perform Dealer negotiations.
  • Liaise between the dealer and UPPI management.
  • Ensure no fraudulent events occur in the UPPI network.
  • Ensure the retail zone network is selling high-quality products and is compliant with UPPI’s Retail Operational Standards.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual volume sales targets, Station Performance Appraisal, Mystery Motorist Program scores
  • Perform Contract Management.
  • Perform administrative and other tasks.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of business sales experience, and with Sales and Business acumen
  • Must be analysis-driven in the trade area in terms of Pricing, Business Development, and competitor insights.
  • Crafting and communicating external and internal presentations, especially business reviews.
  • Should have a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically in Excel.
  • With strong communication skills.
  • Must know how to drive and should have a valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to work on the field.


Work Schedule:
Onsite, Regular Shift

Work Location: South NCR, South Luzon, and Cebu City.
