Job Description
Will be responsible for executing contract acquisition and management functions, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives. This role involves active participation in the company's branding initiatives, market analysis, and development of presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The Associate will be expected to contribute to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) programs and perform other tasks as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Develop and implement pricing and commercial strategies.
- Prepare contracts and lead contract negotiations.
- Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and manage ongoing contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Provide regular reports on contract status and performance.
- Actively participate in company branding initiatives, including exhibits and sponsorships.
- Create and deliver presentations to internal and external customers.
- Analyze data to enhance presentation content and support marketing strategies.
- Gather and manage data for market analysis.
- Utilize basic data analysis methodologies to generate insights.
- Produce routine reports on market and customer analysis using word processing and spreadsheet tools.
- Participate in the company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) initiatives, projects, and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to fresh graduates, preferably with a degree in Engineering.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Power/Energy Sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Dayshift
Work Setup: 90% field sales, 10% office-based work in Pasig, City
