Job Description
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and drive revenue growth for pharmaceutical products. This critical role combines creativity, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. The Brand Manager will collaborate across marketing, sales, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure the success of the company’s brands in a competitive landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Design and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to meet business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Leverage insights to drive brand growth and expand market presence.
- Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Ensure all promotional materials adhere to regulatory and company standards.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned products, from pre-launch to post-launch assessments.
- Partner with medical affairs and regulatory teams to support product development and approvals.
- Create training materials and tools to enable the sales team to deliver effective brand messaging.
- Collaborate with sales and medical teams to provide ongoing promotional support.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics such as sales, ROI, and market share.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a college graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- You must have at least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- You must have a proven track record of managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- You must be familiar with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
- You must have an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and customer dynamics (HCPs, patients, and payers).
- You must have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm)
Work Setup: Hybrid, Pasig City
