Job Description
The Performance Marketing Lead is responsible for spearheading user acquisition, optimizing advertising investments, and driving revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The primary objective is to enhance Daily Active Users (DAU) while ensuring cost-effective growth through media buying, creative experimentation, and budget management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Manage and scale advertising efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs, increasing ad spend while maintaining a profitable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Continuously evaluate performance to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, headlines, calls to action (CTAs), and promotional offers.
- Ensure creative assets align with trending topics and sports events to maximize user engagement.
- Develop and grow affiliate networks (CPA, revenue share) while onboarding new media buyers and traffic sources.
- Optimize tracking to assess performance and diversify acquisition channels.
- Implement remarketing campaigns via push notifications, SMS, and other channels to re-engage dormant users.
- Utilize lookalike audiences and high-value user segments to drive reactivation efforts.
- Allocate marketing budgets based on real-time performance metrics.
- Conduct weekly audits to balance spend efficiency with DAU growth, ensuring a target return on ad spend (ROAS) is achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition. Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is a plus.
- You must have expertise in paid media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs.
- You must have a strong background in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad creative performance analysis.
- You must have experience with affiliate marketing, CPA networks, and traffic partnerships.
- You must have a proven ability to scale ad budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- You must be proficient in tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, MMPs, and Meta Ads Manager.
- You must have an analytical mindset with a strong data-driven approach and expertise in DAU growth strategies.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite, Quezon City
