Job Description
The Digital Creative Designer is responsible for crafting visually compelling assets for advertising, social media, and retention campaigns. The individual will collaborate with performance marketing, social media, and CRM teams to enhance Daily Active Users (DAU) through impactful design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Develop high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms, leveraging A/B testing to improve click-through rates (CTR) and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).
- Design engaging visuals, including carousels, reels, and stories, aligned with trending topics and user-generated content (UGC) formats to boost organic reach and audience interaction.
- Create branded materials for KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), PR campaigns, and strategic partnerships, ensuring consistency in brand identity and credibility.
- Develop promotional banners and engagement-driven graphics for loyalty programs and reactivation campaigns, enhancing user retention.
- Analyze the impact of visual assets on engagement, ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC), and DAU growth, refining designs based on data-driven insights.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design for digital marketing, advertising, or social media.
- You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar design tools.
- You must have a strong understanding of ad creative optimization for paid media campaigns.
- You must have experience creating visuals for performance marketing, retention initiatives, and social media engagement.
- You must have the ability to blend creativity with data-driven design decisions to maximize impact.
- You must have experience with influencer marketing and PR campaigns, and CRM design is a plus.
- You must be highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong grasp of digital trends and brand storytelling.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite, Quezon City
