Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Develop and communicate the Enterprise Architecture vision across the organization
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and domain leaders to understand business strategies and long-term objectives (OGSM)
- Guide the development of business capability models, outlining both current and future state architectures for key domains
- Lead the execution of the enterprise-wide architecture strategy
- Review and evaluate projects and solutions to ensure alignment with the architectural vision
- Contribute to RFI/RFP processes and provide direction during solution design, supporting teams through planning, design, and implementation
- Collaborate with project management, IT, and digital transformation offices to ensure alignment with the strategic transformation roadmap
- Research, assess, and initiate proofs of concept (POCs) for emerging technologies
- Oversee architecture governance processes and change management activities
- Define, maintain, and enforce IT architecture standards, principles, and documentation within the architecture repository
- Optimize the use of enterprise applications, capabilities, and technologies
- Lead efforts to monitor, address, and resolve architecture-related exceptions
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a college graduate in IT, Engineering, or any related course.
- You must have at least 10 years of experience in IT. 5 years’ experience in enterprise, solutions, or data architecture
- You must have EA certifications or trainings (Informa/formal training), TOGAF certification – any certifications related to EA frameworks
- You must have experience leading IT transformation, digitization, and automation initiatives
- You must have experience in solution delivery across multiple IT domains/service lines
- You must have experience in manufacturing, banking, retail, or real estate firms
- You must have experience in cloud and integration architecture
