Job Description
Oversee HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits), lead HR projects, and align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Optimize onboarding/offboarding processes. - Employee Relations
- Act as primary point for conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct engagement initiatives (surveys, team-building activities).
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies. - HR Operations
- Oversee payroll coordination with Finance.
- Manage benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Maintain and update HR systems. - Performance Management
- Implement appraisal systems and career development plans.
- Advise department heads on people management strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- College Degree Graduate
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
- knowledge of labor laws.
- Has strong leadership skills.
Work Schedule: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Saturday)
