Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Working with the team to establish the QA and Testing function
- Translate business requirements into test cases, and perform application, system integration and performance testing across different lending system environment
- Create, monitor, and maintain a suite of application, API, and other required test scripts
- Work with team to research tools and implement testing automation framework that would best fit the organization.
- Design and execute test cases
- Learning and further developing your skills within the area of quality engineering
- Create and maintain documentations.
- Help enhance the current process and identify potential gaps within the system.
- Collaborate with the different teams within the organization and with external systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years prior experience as a hands-on QA, Software Tester or Test Analyst
- Basic understanding of coding languages and scripting. (SQL, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in all the different facets of QA, functionality, usability, accessibility, load and integration, and UAT. Experience with automation is nice to have.
- Have experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues
- Seek opportunities to enhance processes, and proactively work on solutions
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Azure, testing system enhancements, and integrations is highly desirable.
- Solid experience in establishing test strategies and methods
- Solid communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines juggling multiple priorities and projects
- Meticulous attention to detail

Work Schedule: Early Morning Shift (AU - 6am-3pm)
Work Set-up: Full-onsite, Ortigas, Pasig
