Job Description
The position is responsible for supporting workforce administration, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and employee compliance requirements. It ensures the accuracy of attendance records, payroll-related documentation, employee certifications, permits, and regulatory requirements while supporting HR operations and compliance initiatives within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, overtime requests, workforce deployment records, and agency manpower documentation.
- Prepare attendance and manpower reports to support payroll processing and workforce management activities.
- Coordinate employee permits, health certificates, medical requirements, and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with company and government requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies regarding employee-related permits, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain employee records, compliance documents, HR files, and support audits, inspections, and HR administrative activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You must have at least 2 years of experience in HR administration, timekeeping, payroll support, or workforce management.
- You must have experience in attendance monitoring, overtime validation, employee records administration, and compliance documentation.
- You must have a working knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and payroll-related processes.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- You must have strong organizational, communication, and record-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
