The Marketing Data Analyst will assist the Marketing team with data reporting, performance analysis, and insights generation. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to enhance marketing performance, monitor key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will: 

  • Aggregate and consolidate marketing performance data from platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU, and retention rates.
  • Evaluate paid media, organic traffic, and CRM data to generate insights that optimize marketing strategies.
  • Maintain data integrity by verifying sources and validating campaign performance metrics.
  • Analyze and report on A/B test results for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor ad spend in relation to performance efficiency, contributing to budget allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social Media teams to refine user acquisition and retention strategies.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant data experience (internships, coursework, or projects) are encouraged to apply. Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital marketing industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You must be proficient in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  • You must have a strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, and DAU. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • You must have an understanding of SQL, and data querying is beneficial but not required.
  • You must have excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with large datasets.
