Job Description
The Social Media Lead defines the voice, tone, and cadence of the brand’s social media presence. This role focuses on building community, growing followers, and maintaining engaging content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars
- Manage post approvals, tone of voice, and brand sentiment
- Engage followers, respond to messages/comments, and identify growth hacks
- Coordinate with agency partners for visuals and content assets
- Lead community-building efforts such as groups, challenges, or forum.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in social media or community management
- Skilled in social reporting tools and engagement metrics
- Proven ability to build an authentic brand voice and loyal online communities
- Understanding of algorithm trends and organic reach strategies
- Background in iGaming, casino, esports, or gaming community building is a plus
- Open to candidates from sports, lifestyle, e-commerce, or content-driven brands
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite, Quezon City
