Job Description
The Retail Officer oversees day-to-day operations of all retail stores of all brands, ensuring smooth store performance, accurate transactions, and excellent customer service. The role requires close coordination with sales staff, department managers, and management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Conduct daily audits of sales transactions, ensure accuracy, and implement safeguards for cash handling. Generate timely and accurate sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance across stores, drive revenue growth, and support sales staff through training and performance evaluations.
- Address customer concerns, resolve warranty issues, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, coordinate with the warehouse team, and assist in demand forecasting for high-demand items.
- Ensure stores are clean, orderly, and visually aligned with brand standards in coordination with marketing.
- Manage store compliance, staffing, and performance. Conduct regular store visits, evaluations, and coordinate hiring needs with HR.
- Assist in resolving POS system issues and ensure proper documentation and compliance with vendor requirements.
- Identify local sales opportunities and build a loyal customer base tailored to each store’s target market.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a graduate of any business-related course.
- You must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar industry. Experience in forecasting and inventory management in the retail industry is a plus.
- You must have average communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must have sound decision-making abilities.
- You must be computer literate.
- You must have strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and conceptual thinking ability.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm)
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati City
